Kaloyan Karamitov graduated with Urbanism from UACEG in 2016. He developed his diploma thesis on pedestrian accessibility at the Technical University of Vienna. Over the last two years, he has been working on general spatial plans for municipalities, strategic documents (Target Investment Program), and uses GIS for spatial data analysis and visualization. Kaloyan has experience as a coordinator of the ONE ARCHITECTURE WEEK events, participant and head of urban studies (The Possible Trap, Maritza River, Share the Neighborhood). He has participated in the publication of a book on the Urbanism in Bulgaria, lectured on GIS and the use of appropriate techniques for presenting urban analyzes as a chairman and member of the Association of Urban Planning Students in Bulgaria (ASUB). Kaloyan is a participant in international exchanges and workshops for urban development (UPWARD Turin), cultural dialogue and dealing with the environmental issues.
Kaloyan Karamitov is part of the team, so he can organize, coordinate and support experts, citizens, and organizations in defining and analyzing problematic aspects of the urban environment and to propose adequate steps in order to solve them.
