Arch. Dimitar Sharenkov has participated in the creation of architectural projects of more than 100 residential buildings, family houses, hotels, commercial and administrative buildings in Bulgaria and Romania. His expertise is the basis for the creation of projects such as Marina Dinevi in ​​St. Vlas, Trinity Building and Flora Panorama in Burgas, Dolce Vita in Sofia and others. The most recent project of Arch. Sharenkov is the newest multifunctional complex Central Park in Burgas, which combines office and residential buildings in a green environment in a unique way for Bulgaria. In 2014 he won the “Building of the Year” Award for the holiday village Olymp in St. Vlas, as well as the "Architect of the Year 2014" Diploma for hotel Villa Roma in Nessebar. He holds a Master's degree in Architecture from UACEG in Sofia. Together with his team, he is one of the advocates for the imposition of a new socially responsible model of construction in Bulgaria and a vision for the sustainable development of Burgas.
